Now in its 26th year, the Trusted Brands Awards continue to honour the products and services that Australians trust most. Based entirely on consumer feedback, these awards reflect the genuine opinions of the public—highlighting brands that have earned the confidence and loyalty of everyday Australians.
The selection process is conducted with complete independence and transparency. With no commercial influence or advertiser involvement, the awards provide an unbiased and credible measure of public trust. This ensures that each recognised brand has been chosen solely by consumers, based on their personal experiences and perceptions.
A Trusted Brand is distinguished by its ability to remain relevant, dependable, and authentic in an ever-changing market. While some brands enjoy global recognition, it is their strong local connection and commitment to consistent quality that truly resonate with Australian consumers.
Trust is a critical factor in decision-making—often intuitive, but deeply rooted in reliability and integrity. Whether in the form of a product or a service, trust assures consumers they are making the right choice. While factors such as price and desirability play a role, it is a brand’s ability to deliver on its promises that ultimately defines its value.

How Our Trusted Brands Survey Was Conducted"

Catalyst Research
The 2025 Trusted Brands survey was independently conducted by research company Catalyst Research. It invited a sample of over 4300 Australian adults, from every state and territory, to rate the brands they trust the most. They scored over 68 categories of products and services across a broad range of industries.

Scoping
Brands included in the list to be rated were generated by asking consumers in Australia for their most trusted brands. This was an unprompted question to ensure the rating of top brands in each category, as selected by Australians, was without prejudice.

Consumers Voting
Each respondent was required to complete an online questionnaire. Catalyst Research asked each participant to rate the brands they trust for each category. They then have to rate which is their most trusted brand of that category and then have to write in words why.

Trusted Brand Rating
Each category contains one Winner, and two Highly Commended brands. These brands scored higher in their respective categories than the other brands polled.
